Arrival and departure
Check-in runs from 2:00 PM to midnight, and check-out must be completed by 11:30 AM. There is no minimum age for check-in, so guests of any age can register at the desk.
Reception is staffed 24 hours a day, including overnight. If you arrive in the middle of the night, the desk is open and you can register and collect your keys at any hour. A late train or an early departure is never a problem, because there is always someone at the desk to help you.
Free private parking is available on site and no reservation is needed: simply arrive and park. Street parking and accessible parking are also available nearby if the on-site spaces are full.
The hotel stands at Viale Carlo Espinasse 125, in the Certosa district. Milano Certosa railway station is about 600 m from the door, a walk of a few minutes, and tram and bus stops serve the avenues right next to the hotel.
No. The hotel does not run airport transfers or a shuttle service. Plan your airport journey by train, coach or taxi, and reception can help you work out the route for your specific arrival.
Rooms and facilities
The hotel offers Double Rooms with one queen bed, and Triple Rooms that also work as family rooms, with one twin bed and one queen bed.
Every room has air conditioning and heating, a private bathroom, a desk, a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and soundproofing. Housekeeping keeps the rooms in order daily.

The hotel does not serve breakfast and has no restaurant or bar, so no breakfast charge applies to your stay. Wine or champagne may be available in the rooms for an extra charge.

Families, extra beds and pets
Children of all ages are welcome at the hotel. Children aged 4 and above are charged as adults, while younger children stay in the existing beds at no extra cost.
Extra beds can be requested for guests aged 5 and over at €10 per person, per night, subject to availability and paid separately. Cribs are not available, so the rooms are best suited to older children.

For guests with disabilities the hotel provides a bathroom emergency cord, a lowered sink, a raised toilet and a toilet with grab rails. Wheelchair access applies to the relevant units and areas, and some units are on the ground floor.
Upper floors are reached by stairs only and there is no lift, so ask about a ground-floor room if you cannot use stairs. The accessibility features listed do not apply to every room: contact us before booking and we will confirm which rooms suit your needs.

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and CartaSi, both credit and debit cards. You can settle your stay with any of these methods at the 24-hour reception.
Cancellation and prepayment terms depend on the rate you select: some rates can be cancelled free of charge and others cannot. The exact cancellation and prepayment deadlines are shown for your chosen rate before you confirm the booking.
Invoices are available for prepaid bookings. Add your company details in the special request field when booking, where that field is available, and the invoice will be issued for your stay.
